While there’s no simple remedy to recover a deleted fan page, Facebook does provide some options:
1. Fill out this form if your page has been disabled
2. Fill out this form if your page had a bug – accidental deletion, hack attack, etc.

my page had been accidently deleted.. but as i kept mailing to facebook admins, its come back in 2 weeks !!

Many people have, Greg. It takes some time though and depends on why it was removed in the first place. Facebook is able to restore but you may need to ask many times before it actually happens. Good luck!
Funny – I believe if you “delete” your account, but change your mind, Facebook let’s you restore it. Not the same if you delete your page, though, huh?
